Vegetable Beef Soup
1 stalk celery,chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can zucchini with tomato sauce
1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained (or ham cubes or leftover diced pork or beef roast)
salt and pepper
4 cups water
Put everything in large slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
